Instructions for Mayor wreath
To prepare the Mayor wreath recipe, please follow these instructions:
The milk is poured into a dish - and the yeast dissolves. Remember, the yeast must not be heated. The flour and the other ingredients are mixed in, and it all pours into a uniform dough.
The dough is rolled out into an elongate piece, not too thick. The filling, which is touched well, is lubricated. The dough is divided into three long strips rolled together as roulades. These three strips are merged. Put on a greased plate and form a crown that raises to double size in a coarse place, covered. Brush with spicy beef and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
Bake in preheated oven at the middle shelf at 225 degrees for approx. 20 min.
