Mathilde cream placed in the freezer (3 hours) then whipped good. The cream whipped stiff ruterbiler mass in a bag. mix in the cream, the cream will be reversed in the mass Mathilde to it's mixed well then poured into molds and placed in freezer approximately 4-6 hours
