To prepare the Mashed potato Florentine recipe, please follow these instructions:

The potatoes are peeled and cooked very tenderly. Spinate thaw, squeeze some of the wafer and sprinkle the spinach with salt.

The potatoes are whipped to mash with milk, margarine, salt and pepper. Mashed potato and spinach are cooked in a refractory dish. The tomatoes are cut in half and put on the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with fried cheese.

Gratin 15 minutes at 225 degrees C.

Served as an independent dish or as accessory for meat or poultry.
