To prepare the Marzipan-bulb tart recipe, please follow these instructions:
The dough is kneaded together and placed in the refrigerator approx. ½ hour.
Roll out and come in a greased pie. Forbidden at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for 10-15 min. Cool slightly.
Filling:
Eggs, flour, sugar and cream are whipped together, the cracked marcipan is reversed.
The pears are peeled and cut into both. The beads are laid in the bottom of the bag. The egg mixture is poured over.
Bake at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven 30-35 min. Until the pie is golden. Serve warm with whipped cream.
