Instructions for Marzipan
To prepare the Marzipan recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grinded out almonds and honey mixed together, for the honey will be soft. Taste the evt. for with a little cinnamon. The mass must dry for a 24-hour, uncovered and at room temperature.
Tips:
Can be used for confections. It tastes great with dried fruit and white chocolate. Is also good in small chopper as it is. The kids think it is better than the bought marzipan with gluten in.
