Instructions for Marrow soup
To prepare the Marrow soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
The soup is cooked in a specially glazed clay pot or porcelain pot, called a marmite. The beef meat is blanched and put into the soup, boiled half-tender, add chicken wings and herbs, blanched separately. The soup simmer by low heat until everything is tender. Dip the grease and slice of flour into it and dry it brightly in the oven.
At the serving, the soup is added with slices of blanched beef, the bread is served in a serving.
