Ingredients for Marinated asparagus

Golden Goddess dressing
0.25cupFreshly squeezed lemon juice
0.25cupWater
0.5cupFresh coriander
0.5cupCold-pressed flaxseed oil (available in some health food stores or else use a different cold-pressed oil)
1bundleFresh asparagus
1tspSea salt
1Lettuce head in strips
1-2Dates (soft kind of work best or else put them to soak for a few hours)
1-2cloveGarlic
2tbspNAMA shoyu (soy sauce a rough)

Instructions for Marinated asparagus

To prepare the Marinated asparagus recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring asparagus into a container and pour the dressing over. Make sure the dressing covers completely so that all asparagus stems are marinated. Marinate at room temperature for 3 hours or in refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.

Fish the apple and spread them on a bottom of the salad. Pour dressing over the salad. The amount of dressing depends on taste and pleasure.
