Instructions for Marcel cake
To prepare the Marcel cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bottom: Chocolate and butter melt over hot water bath icing sugar and yolks whipped white Whites whipped stiff Chocolate/butter mixture turned over along with the whipped yolks and sugar and invert the finaly together with the whipped whites.
Lubrication out in ring form or on baking gang in ca. 4-5 cm thickness, bake at 170 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
Mousse: Chocolate, butter and milk melted egg whites and sugar, beat
The slightly cooled chocolate mass is reversed with the 5 egg yolks and the macerate and melted leaves isinglass, reversed then gently with the whipped æggerhvider. the guards then on those cold bottoms so there is just very mousse like bottom
