2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
25 | g | Chopped almonds |
250 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Manor æblekage
To prepare the Manor æblekage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Break up the butter in the flour. Add salt, sugar, eggs and cream and knead it all together. The dough is resting cold for approx. 1 hour.
The dough rolled out in 1/3 cm's thickness and cut into 2 round cakes about the size of a springform. One cake is used as a lid, the second out in the bottom of the springformen. The rest of the dough is used to cover the side of springformen.
Apples peeled and cut into thin slices, placed in springformen and sprinkled with sugar, raisins and chopped almonds.
Place the lid over the apples and pushed to the edge.
Remoncen touched white and distributed on the lid. Prick with a fork here and there.
Bake at 200 degrees C for about 1 hour.
The cake is served warm with cold whipped cream.
