Instructions for Mango Parfait with sauce
To prepare the Mango Parfait with sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
The dried mango is soaked in warm water for about ½ hour.
Meanwhile, peel the 3 mango and cut into small pieces so blended.
Eggs and sugar are whipped well and now add about 5-6 tablespoons of mango mass. The rest is saved for later.
Now the soaked dried mango is pressed out of the water and you are chopping it fine now. (May be a little difficult.) Now lay in soft cointreau.
Whip the cream and mix it carefully with the egg nuts and add the dried mango and the spiritus. Stir.
You can now pour the ice into small molds, or icecream and then freeze.
I poured it myself into small molds and ½ hour before serving, I took them up and put it in the fridge.
Now I took 2-3 tablespoons of the mixed fruit lot and put it in the middle of a dessert plate, and upstairs I put the ice that I had taken out of the mold.
