100 | g | Almond flour |
300 | g | Soft butter |
450 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Chopped almonds |
Instructions for Mandel Moons
To prepare the Mandel Moons recipe, please follow these instructions:
Locate the hand mixer.
Whip the butter and flour for a few minutes until the mixture is light and creamy.
Sift flour and baking soda into and mix it a little.
Mix the chopped almonds, almond flour, lemon peel and almond aroma in the dough.
Cover the finished dough with film or silver paper and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Turn on the oven on 180 degrees hot air or 200 degrees traditional heat.
Cut the dough into small pieces and roll small tins of thickness with a little finger.
Lay the moon on baking sheets covered with baking paper.
Bake them for 10-12 minutes until they are light brown.
Let them cool and sprinkle flourish over them.
tips:
You can also choose to sprinkle vanilla sugar over at last instead of flourish.
