200 | g | Whole wheat flour or wholemeal flour |
3 | dl | Lukewarm water |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Mandazi
To prepare the Mandazi recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. The yeast dissolves in the water.
2. Add the other ingredients and add the dough.
3. Pour the dough until it is raised to double size.
4. The dough is divided into approx. 20 small balls or dice.
5. Sprinkle the balls in a saucepan until they have a golden color.
