The law is said from the mandarins. Mix with egg yolks and sugar and heat slowly while still whipping, possibly. Over steam until it becomes even. It must not boil. The house block is soaked in cold water and melted in the warm cream. When it has started to stiff, mix whipped cream and egg whites carefully. The budding is filled in a bowl and decorated with mandarin boats and blue grapes.
