1Eggs
1Handful chopped herbs
1tbspSalt
1.5tbspSugar
125gGrated cheese
2tbspOlive oil
200gDurummel
25gYeast
3dlWater
500gWheat flour

Instructions for Mama's Italian bread

To prepare the Mama's Italian bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Yeast dissolves in the water. Sugar and oil are stirred here. Then eggs. Half of the flour in. When it is touched, the salt can come in and then the rest of the flour. When the dough is kneaded well put it under a cloth for about 30 minutes.
The dough is cut down and divided into 3 equal parts. The first part was kneaded with the cheese. 2nd part was kneaded with ham. 3rd part was kneaded with herbs.
Do not get it all at once, making it hard to kneel in - take a bit at a time.
Roll the 3 lumps of dough into sausages, which is about ½ time longer than the bath sheet and flatten them. Pull the ends under and allow to rise for another 30 minutes.
Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes or until golden.

tips:
As a tear, I use Arla Tex Mex Chili Mozzarella and Red Cheddar As a herb, I use fresh coriander, basil, parsley, chives and the green ends of the spring bulbs.
