Ingredients for Magdalena Pie
½ | dl | Madeira |
½ | dl | Toasted almond flakes |
100 | g | Good dark chocolate |
100 | g | Butter |
2 | Egg yolks | |
2 | tsp | Coffee powder |
2½ | dl | Sugar |
3 | dl | Whipped cream |
4 | Egg whites |
Instructions for Magdalena Pie
To prepare the Magdalena Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dress a piece of cake cake with greased baking paper. Whip egg whites to hard foam and turn the sugar into the foam. Wide 1/3 part of the dough into the mold and behind it at 150 degrees on the bottom groove for about 25 minutes, so the bottoms get crisp and color. Repeat this 2 times, so you will receive a total of 3 marengebunde. Bring fat in a bowl and put it in a water bath in a saucepan. Bring the chocolate into smaller pieces and warm it until it melts. Take the bowl up the water and stir the mixture to cool. Add coffee powder, sugar, egg yolks and madeira. Stir the mass evenly and smooth and make it completely cold. Wide choko drawer on two of the bottom. Put them together and cover with the third bottom. Beat the cream of foam spread over the pie and sprinkle with roasted almonds.
