Ingredients for Lucia buns

0.5 | tsp | Salt |
0.5 | dl | Peeled chopped almonds |
0.75 | dl | Sugar |
100 | g | Margarine |
25 | g | Yeast |
3 | dl | Lukewarm milk |
600 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Lucia buns
To prepare the Lucia buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the margarine, add the milk. When the mixture is finger hot poured it into a bowl.
Stir the yeast into the milk mixture.
Add turmeric, salt and sugar and stir.
Add the chopped almonds, raisins and egg and stir.
Stir in the flour a little at a time until the dough is smooth and drop his hands.
Portion dough into 14 pieces and shape pieces of plums, wreaths, s one and other shapes. Set them on a plate with wax paper.
