0.5dlPeeled chopped almonds
0.75dlSugar
100gMargarine
25gYeast
3dlLukewarm milk
600gWheat flour

Instructions for Lucia buns

To prepare the Lucia buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the margarine, add the milk. When the mixture is finger hot poured it into a bowl.

Stir the yeast into the milk mixture.

Add turmeric, salt and sugar and stir.

Add the chopped almonds, raisins and egg and stir.

Stir in the flour a little at a time until the dough is smooth and drop his hands.
