100 | g | Sesame seeds |
1-2 | tbsp | Salt |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
300 | g | Grahams |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Sunflower kernels |
7 | dl | Lukewarm water |
Instructions for Liv's Trekornsbread
To prepare the Liv's Trekornsbread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir yeast, salt, oil and water together in a bowl. Add the rest and only a little flour in the access.
Let the dough rise for 1 hour in the bowl.
Distribute the dough into 2 greased breadcrumbs and leave for 20 minutes after the dough.
Pour the bread in the oven for 1 hour at 225 degrees. Look at it once in a while.

tips:
A little more flour may be necessary, but not too much. Behind it in the evening, it's almost always freshly baked in the morning. You can also make it like buns, so just use eggs to brush if you want to. However, they should not raise as much heat and do not spend as much time in the oven and to raise.
