To prepare the Lisa and Christian's Chocolate-mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Egg yolks stirred cool while the chocolate and nougatten melts in water bath. Let the mixture cool a bit of chocolate after it is melted and stir it into the egg yolks and add the rum. Let it cool while the cream is whipped stiff and turn so that the cream skimmed in the mixture and pour into individual bowls.
Tips:
Instead of Rome can other spirits are used. Honey rum is very good, if you can get hold of it.
