Ingredients for Limekage 02
0.25 | Ground cinnamon or cardamom | |

2 | dl | Lime juice (about two small lime) |
200 | g | -digestive biscuits (about 15 biscuits) |

75 | g | Melted butter |
Instructions for Limekage 02
To prepare the Limekage 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bottom: Melt the butter at low heat.
Crush the biscuits, put them in a bowl and mix them with melted butter, sugar and cinnamon / cardamom.
Bring baking paper in a spring form and press the biscuits well together at the bottom and slightly up the edge.
Bake for 12 minutes at 175 degrees C. Alm. oven.
Cream: Stir egg yolks together with 125 g sugar and lime juice in a bowl that can withstand heat.
Heat a saucepan with water, place the bowl over it and heat the mass with constant whipping until the cream becomes thick in consistency. (It takes about 5 minutes.)
Take the cream off the heat and glue the glue in it.
Whip egg whites and 60 g sugar stiff to meringue and gently twist the mareng with the limecremen.
Spread the cream on the baked bottom and bag the cake for 15 minutes at 175 degrees C. alm. oven.
Cool the cake and put it in the freezer for two hours.
Remove the lime cake from the freezer for at least 1/2 hour before serving.
Sprinkle the cake with a slightly grated glue dish.
