| 2½ | dl | Egg white |
| 40 | g | Lime coctail mix |
| 6½ | dl | Water |
Instructions for Lime Sorbet
To prepare the Lime Sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Water, coctail mix and sugar whipped together. Lime juice and fruit meat are added. Whip egg whites stiff and turn them gently into the glue mix. Pour the mixture into a suitable mold and freeze it for 5-6 hours
