To prepare the Lemon sole 1 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dilute the herrings and cut them into suitable pieces, put them in a jar of thin onion rings and peppercorns. Peel one lemon thin and tear the others and squeeze the juice of all of them. The juice and grated must be mixed with curry and sugar and put over the herring, vinegar added and they are kept cold until the next day where they are served with strips of grated lemon peel.
