To prepare the Lemon pie 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Shortcrust:
The butter is crumbled with light hand in the flour. Mix the salt in and mix the dough quickly with cold water and egg yolk. The dough must not be machined too much as it becomes heavy and runs down the sides of the mold. The dough is wrapped in an alu dish and placed in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour.
Loosen a loaf of tartar (28-30 cm. Diameter) lubricant, roll the dough with a little flour on the table for approx. 4 mm thickness and put into the mold. Make sure that the dough is fully pressed by the edges of the mold. Put in a 200 ° hot oven for approx. 10 minutes until it is light brown.
While the crust becomes cold, all the ingredients are whipped to the cream and put on the heat. Whip in the cream until it smooths smoothly. Sis through a sieve. Pour the chilled cream into the pie.
