Grated zest and juice of 2 organic lemons | ||

2 | tsp | Baking soda |

200–250 | g | Cane sugar |
250 | g | Butter or vegetable margarine |

30 | g | Coarse sugar |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Lemon cake with apples
To prepare the Lemon cake with apples recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fat softened to a consistency like mayonnaise. Fat and sugar is stirred together. Add the eggs one at a time. Zest and lemon juice stirred in. Bagepulveret sifted together with a little flour in the dough. The apples are changed in the rest of the flour. All the ingredients are mixed together into a uniform mass. The dough is distributed into two buttered and Piebald molds (2 litres). Sprinkled with chopped almonds and coarse sugar.
Bake in oven at 200 degrees at the bottom, about 35 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start
