To prepare the Lassi with rose water, cardamom recipe, please follow these instructions:
Squeeze the juice out of the 3 pomegranates and pour it through a sieve into a large jug. Scrape the kernels out of the last pomegranate and also put them in the pan.
Add all other ingredients, taste with flour, stir well and serve immediately.
