100-150 | g | Bacon in cubes, if desired. Turkey bacon |
1-2 | dl | Red wine |
2 | clove | Garlic |
250 | g | Onion |
250 | g | Grated cheese |
350 | g | Carrots |
4-5 | dl | Water |
5 | dl | Karo's mornay sauce |
500 | g | Minced beef |
9-12 | Lasagne sheets |
Instructions for Lasagna-Strong and spicy!
To prepare the Lasagna-Strong and spicy! recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop onion, garlic, chilli and carrots.
Fry the bacon dice and onions together in a large sauté pan or pot in 2-3 min. then add 500 grams of beef.
When the meat is browned, add chopped tomatoes, concentrated tomato puree, garlic, chili pepper and carrots. Stir the sauce well.
Then add the red wine and an appropriate amount of water. Finally add chili powder and herbs, oregano, Basil and Marjoram. Taste the sauce with salt & pepper to taste, and let it simmer under a lid in 15-20 min.
In bound by the dish added a thin layer of mornay sauce. On it a layer of lasagna sheets. Then, alternating a layer of meat sauce, a little mornay sauce and a layer of lasagna sheets. Finish with kødsovsen followed by mornay-sauce.
