Ingredients for Lamb with egg yolk

Pepper
Juice of one lemon
Salt
1largeHandful chopped flat-leaf parsley
1kgSmåkød, diced Lamb (shoulder or leg)
120gPancetta into small cubes (Italian air-dried bacon)
2tspFresh chopped Sage
2tspFresh rosemary leaves
2tbspOlive oil
3Egg yolks
3dlChicken broth
3 1/3dlDry white wine

Instructions for Lamb with egg yolk

To prepare the Lamb with egg yolk recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a saucepan, stir the pancetta until it is crispy, turn the lamb pieces into flour and put them together with the pancake until brown, approx. 10 min.

Add the wine and spices, put the lid on the pot let the small lime for 10 minutes.
