To prepare the Lakridsmarengs - Lakrids meringue recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip the egg whites stiff. Add half of the sugar, licorice powder and vinegar. Whip again until the mass is very thick and heavy in it. The rest of the sugar is turned into the mass.

The mass comes in a syringe with stardust.

Bake at 120 degrees Celsius. Oven for approx. 1.5 hours.
