Ingredients for Lakrids granola
1 | tbsp | Vanilla essence |
100 | g | Finnish liquorice |
100 | g | Coarsely chopped almonds |
100 | g | Oatmeal |
3-4 | tbsp | Liquid honey |
50 | g | Pumpkin seeds |
50 | g | Chopped white chocolate |
50 | g | Flax seed |
50 | g | Desiccated coconut |
Instructions for Lakrids granola
To prepare the Lakrids granola recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix oatmeal, almonds, linseed, coconut flour and pumpkin seeds together in a bowl.
Add the honey and vanilla essence and stir well.
Distribute the mixture to a baking sheet coated with baking paper and make sure it is well-spread.
Chop the licorice halves and spread them on top of the mixture.
Bake it in the oven at 150 degrees (ordinary oven) for 25 minutes.
When removing the granola, chop the chocolate immediately so that it can melt into the mixture.
Cool it and pour it into a desired container.
Eat it on yogurt, scoop, yum, ice cream or as with milk.
