250 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
50 | g | Raisins |
85 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Kugelhopf
To prepare the Kugelhopf recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the warm liquid and add the sugar and half of the flour. Turn it well through a spoon. Let the dough raise a warm place for half an hour.
Pour the cream over the raisins and let them pull while the dough raises.
Melt the butter, let it swell and stir it with the egg yolks and the cracked lemon peel. Eat it in the dough when it's raised for the first time. Bring the rest of the flour along with the rosemary. Whip egg whites stiff and turn it in. Bring sliced almonds to the bottom of a small greased spring form with a pipe insert. Bring the dough in. Let it rise for 1 hour.
Bake at 175 degrees C for 30 minutes. Let the cake slip a little before turning it out of the mold. Sprinkle with sliced flour before serving.
