Instructions for Kransekage Star
To prepare the Kransekage Star recipe, please follow these instructions:
A baking sheet is lubricated with a little margarine and sprinkled with a thin layer of wheat flour. In the flour finger 3 triangles (templates) are drawn with the side dimensions: 18 cm, 15 cm and 12 cm.
The garlic cloves are sprayed on top of the triangular templates and baked at 220 degrees until golden.
Then set for cooling. Melted dark coatings are lubricated on the bottom of the three chilled cranberry triangles.
White spray goggles are made of sifted flour and a 1/4 pasteurized egg white, which are combined into a suitable consistency and filled into a container (spray bag) of baking paper. The tip is cut off and the crown cakes are decorated with the syringe glaze.
First put the triangles on top of each other just prior to serving.
tips:
Good to frost. Take off the freezer 30 minutes. Before serving. Bake like 14 days before.
