1 | tsp | Baking soda |
1 | dl | Pumpkin seeds |
1 | dl | Oatmeal |
1 | dl | Flax seed |
1 | dl | Sesame seeds |
1 | dl | Sunflower kernels |
1.25 | dl | Oil |
2 | dl | Water |
2.5 | tsp | Salt |
3.5 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Knee bread 08
To prepare the Knee bread 08 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir oatmeal, sesame seeds, linseed, sunflower kernels, pumpkin seeds, wheat flour, baking soda and salt together in a bowl.
Add water and oil and stir well together - yes it must be glued!
Put a piece of baking paper on the table in front of you, pour half of the dough on the paper and put another layer of baking paper upstairs.
Roll the dough between the two pieces of baking paper, put it all over on a baking sheet and remove the top layer of paper.
Do the same with the other half of the dough.
Cut the dough into squares (or whatever you think) with a pizza cutter and baking bread for approx. 15 min. At 200 degrees.
tips:
If you do not have all the right ingredients, just use what you have. If you invest in all the seeds and seeds (which do not cost the world), you have quite a few laps. Bon appetite!
