1-1.5 | dl | Water |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tsp | Salt |
3.5 | dl | Wheat flour or spelt flour |
Instructions for Knee bread 04
To prepare the Knee bread 04 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees (175 hot air)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl of near water
Add water (1 tbsp at a time). The dough is kneaded until it is firm and continuous. It must not stick
Divide the dough into two pieces and roll each piece flat between two pieces of baking paper
Cut the dough to the desired size
Bake them for 15-20 minutes until they are golden.
