Instructions for Kebab with yogurt

To prepare the Kebab with yogurt recipe, please follow these instructions:

The bread lightly on both sides grilled over a charcoal grill, and then cut into small squares. Broke the dice placed on a preheated plate. Melt butter and pour over bread dice. Mix well around and style the bread aside.

Cut the meat out in not too large squares. Mariner the meat in a mixture of finely grated onion and olive oil. Pour the cooked tomato sauce over bread dice. Stir in the drained yogurt with a spoon, and favor the addition to the bread and tomato sauce. The grilled meat distributed decorative on yoghurt. Sprinkle with red pepper and possibly melted butter. Cut the tomato into slices and grill the gently together with peppers. Slices of tomato and pepper are added over the flesh – and the right is served immediately and as warm as possible.
