To prepare the Julenisse cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
How to: Knead the ingredients to a batter, like in a mixer. Let the dough rest in the fridge for about 1 hour. Set the oven at 200 degrees. Roll the dough out on a floured board and press round or teardrop-shaped cakes out. Put the cakes on a plate with wax paper and bake them in the middle of the oven for about 7 minutes. Let the cakes cool on a rack. Mix the different florvarianter with water and decorate the cakes as small Christmas gnomes.
