Instructions for Julekrans
To prepare the Julekrans recipe, please follow these instructions:
Milk lunes (37 C.) Dissolve yeast. The other ingredients are added. Eaten for a smooth dough. Rests covered 15 min. The filling is stirred together. Now roll the dough into a plate, 30x50 cm. Divide it into 3 pieces. Divide the filling into 3 servings. Roll it to sausages in length with the dough strips. Distribute this. Roll over the stuff. (Moisture with some water in the collections). The dough fillets are now rolled out to approx. 85 cm, braided and shaped into a wreath. The wreath is placed on a greased baking sheet. Replies to the covered 30-40 min. Brush with egg and sprinkle with almonds. Baking time: 13-15 min. At 220 degrees in the middle of the oven.
