Ingredients for Juicy gravy
½ | tsp | Groftkværnet black pepper |
1 | tbsp | Dijon mustard |
1 | tbsp | Margarine |
1000 | g | Beef roast, pork or roast beef |
1-2 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tbsp | Apple cider vinegar |
2 | clove | Garlic, chopped |
2 | large | Onion about 6 cups sliced |
2 | tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
3 | dl | Water or beef broth |
3/4 | dl | Raisins (may be omitted) |
Instructions for Juicy gravy
To prepare the Juicy gravy recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oven to 150 degrees C. Melt the grease by even heat in a large frying pan. Rub the meat with salt and pepper and brown it on all sides of the pan. Lay the ladder into a large ovenproof dish. Tire and style aside.
