1tbspIcing sugar/sugar
1dlMilk
1pinchSalt
1tspVanilla sugar
2Eggs
2Bananas
4tbspWheat flour

Instructions for Josefine's blinis

To prepare the Josefine's blinis recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg white in a bowl until it can be turned on the head, add flour, vanilla sugar and salt - whip again. In another bowl whipped egg yolk, mashed bananas and milk.
Pour the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture and whip together.
Put them on the forehead, on low heat and good luck!

tips:
If you do not have a blinispande (like me) you can take a can of cola, fanta, beer and cut the top and bottom so you have what looks like a round shape. Then you can cut it smaller as needed, depending on what you feel. But remember to cut at least one of the sides straight so that the dough does not end up on the whole forehead. You put the canned pan on the forehead, pour it into it, leave it for half an hour and lift it to make the next one on the same pan. If the blind is stuck on the can, loosen it by pushing it together or using a knife to loosen up the sides.
