Ingredients for Jordbærroulade

1 | tbsp | Milk |
1 | tbsp | Grated lemon peel |
100 | g | Fresh strawberries |
125 | g | Sugar |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
3 | Eggs | |
40 | g | Toasted almond flakes |
50 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Potato flour |
Instructions for Jordbærroulade
To prepare the Jordbærroulade recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: Whip the eggs together, add sugar and whip it to an airy mass. Add lemon peel and milk. Mix the flour together with the deer toxin salt and stir in the egg yolks. Wipe the dough (35 + 25cm) onto a baking sheet coated with baking paper. Bag the dough at 200 degrees on the middle groove for 4-6 minutes.
Filling:
The strawberries are blended or mashed through a sieve and mixed with the sugar. Bring it to a boil in a saucepan without lid and let it boil for a strong fire 5-6 min. Let it cool and broad strawberry puree on the baked roulade bottom. Roll the roulade firmly together on the long joint and put the roulade together on the joint.
Garnish:
Before serving, decorate it with whipped cream. Cut the strawberries into slices and put them on the roulade and finally sprinkle with the roasted almonds.
