Instructions for Italian meatloaf 03

To prepare the Italian meatloaf 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mushrooms, chopped into small pieces and half taken from for the second half in a forcemeat pan for the sauce. Half of the onion on grater-rives the coarse side to the forcemeat and the half chopped finely and place in the pan with the mushrooms. Forcemeat is stirred with eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, mushrooms and salt and pepper, stir well. Forcemeat must be a little more solid than Meatball sausage meat. Forcemeat must stand and rest in ca. 1/2 time. Then take an ovenproof dish and forcemeat is shaped like a thick sausage and cover with bacon (you can, if desired, sprinkle a little paprika on top). Then pour the peeled tomatoes over and the whole lot is put in the oven at 175 degrees for about 1 hour. When father's bread is done take it out of the ovenen and væden pour is saved for the sauce. The sauce-onion and mushrooms fried in a little butter and væden from the flesh poured i. supplemented by approximately 1/4 litres of cream. It all boils up and smoothed over. Season with salt/pepper/paprika and a lile bit red currant jelly.

Tips:
The Court is a little heavy right and can be served together with easy accessories.
