Instructions for Italian bread

To prepare the Italian bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

The yeast is spread out in lukewarm water. The other ingredients are added. The dough is pierced until it is smooth. Set for raising covered with a cloth in a cool room approx. 3 hours.

The dough goes down. The dough is formed into an elongated bread with slightly pointed ends. Repeated approx. 30 min.

Brush with water, sprinkle with flour and scratch along with a sharp knife.
