Ingredients for Indonesian chicken

1 | dl | Mango chutney, sweet |
1 | Red bell pepper | |
2 | Banana | |
2 | clove | Garlic |
2 | tsp | Curry |
2 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tbsp | Sambal oelek |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
Instructions for Indonesian chicken
To prepare the Indonesian chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the chicken approx. 1 hour.
Cut the peppers in the tern and bananas into slices. Put it in a refractory dish with the chicken.
Whip the cream to the foam, add the other ingredients. Distribute the seasoned whipped cream over the chicken.
In the middle of the oven at 200-225 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 20 min. Or to the top is golden.

You can save a little on Sambal Olek, as it is very strong.
