Ingredients for Indian sveskeshutney
1 | dl | Liquid tamarid |
1 | tbsp | Sea salt |
1 | tbsp | Oil |
1 | tsp | Mustard seed |
1.5 | tbsp | Finely grated ginger |
1.5 | dl | Water |
100 | g | Dates without stone |
100 | g | Raisins like sultanas |
100 | g | Prunes without stones |
2 | tsp | Roasted cumin seeds |
350 | g | Red chillies |
4 | Dried chillies |
Instructions for Indian sveskeshutney
To prepare the Indian sveskeshutney recipe, please follow these instructions:
Soak the raisins, prunes and dates in water for about 30 minutes and sieve the water from. Grating dried chilies, mustard seeds and ginger in oil in a pan, to the chili get color. Add the dried fruit, water, tamarind, salt and sugar. Cook it together into a thick mass. Clean and chop the fresh chilies and add them. Grate spidskommen seeds on a dry pan. Got them in a mortar and shock them just fine. Com cumin in chutneyen. Boil chutneyen in a further 10 minutes. Pour chutneyen on the cleaned glass. Close to. Kept dark and cool.
Tips:
The liquid tamarind can be replaced with 25 g. solid tamarind dissolved in ½ dl of boiling water.
