To prepare the Indian mangochutney with apples and raisins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the chili. Peel the mango fruit and apples. Cut the mango seed from the stone. Remove the core from the apples. Cut the mango chicken and the apples into smaller pieces and chop the chilli. Smash all the ingredients together under the lid for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally. If the chutney is too thin, cook it further without lid to the appropriate consistency. Pour the mixture onto clean glass with a tight lid. The chutney can stay 2 months in the refrigerator.
