Instructions for Indian curry soup 03
To prepare the Indian curry soup 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut carrots, onion and apple in the tern. Cut the pears into thin rings and mix together carrots, onion, apple curry, chicken stock in a pan and cook it approx. 15-20 until it's tender.
Mix the soup and taste with salt and pepper.
Chop the chicken and pepper in the tern and add the soup and the boiled rice and warm up again.
The yoghurt is added straight into the serving.
