Instructions for Indian curry lentil soup

To prepare the Indian curry lentil soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the vegetables well and warm the oil. Chef onion and ginger with the spices of the onions are transparent. Add the vegetables except tomatoes and lentils and stir for a few minutes. Add the boulion and simmer for about 30 minutes. Stir around once in the middle and taste after cooking, add more spices and salt.

Add the chopped tomatoes and let it boil for about 10 min extra.
