1 | Lemon, the juice of which | |
3 | tsp | Red melatin |
5 | dl | Water |
500 | g | Sugar |
750 | g | Rose hip shells (cleaned weight) |
Instructions for Hybenmarmelade I
To prepare the Hybenmarmelade I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Flower and stem are cut by fresh shrubs, which are then snapped. The cores are removed. Rinse the shrimps, chop on the board or blender.
Boil under the lid in water and lemon juice, approx. 15 min.
Most of the sugar is added and boiled with 10 min. Melati and the rest of the sugar mix thoroughly, sprinkle in the fruit while stirring and boil for 2 min.
The marmalade is foamed, filled into glass of Atamon and closed.
