1 | cup | Crème fraîche, 18% (175 ml) |
1 | tbsp | Paprika |

1-2 | Green peppers | |

3/4 | Cooked, peeled potatoes | |
400 | g | Fresh tomatoes or 1 ds peeled tomatoes |
600 | g | Plaice fillets |
Instructions for Hungarian fishing gratin
To prepare the Hungarian fishing gratin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Onions and peppers are cut into thin slices, which are sandwiched in the margarine. The tomatoes are cut into smaller pieces and added. The mixture boils 5-10 minutes until some of the liquid is evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.
The potatoes are cut into slices. The spiced fillets are sprinkled with salt. Potatoes, peppers and fish are cooked in a refractory dish. Begin and finish with potatoes and pepper mix, so the fish comes in the middle. Crème fraîche, water and peppers whipped together and poured over.
Place the dish in the oven on the middle rib 30-40 min at 225C.
