Ingredients for Humus

Salt
1dlLemon juice. freshly squeezed
1bundleParsley, fresh
1dlWater
2tspCumin, whole
3tbspSesame seeds
3tbspTamarind. raw
4cloveGarlic
4.5dlOlive oil
500gChickpeas. dried

Instructions for Humus

To prepare the Humus recipe, please follow these instructions:

The chickpeas soaked for 24 hours and boil for approximately 1 hour in new water.
The water should be changed a couple of time along the way.

Blended with the other ingredients and water until the texture fits.

Season to taste.

Humus should have a consistency which touched cake mixtures.

Tips:
It can be used as spreads, partly as their own pickle with slaw and in addition to grønsagsmos, hot or cold cooked rice.
