1 | tsp | Sesame oil |
1 | tbsp | Soy sauce |
1 | tbsp | Tomato puree |
1/2 | tsp | Mustard powder |
1/4 | small | Green pepper, sliced |
2 | tsp | White wine vinegar |
2 | tbsp | Clear honey |
350 | g | Meaty spare ribs 7, 5 cm lng |
50 | g | Bean sprouts |
50 | g | Chinese cabbage |
Instructions for Honey-glazed sausages (microwave)
To prepare the Honey-glazed sausages (microwave) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the meat in a dish. Mix honninh, soy sauce, tomato sauce, mustard powder, soy sauce, vinegar and English sauce. Pour the mixture over the meat and turn them several times to cover all the meat. Cover the dish and let the meat marinate for 1/2 hour. Put the meat dish in the microwave and cook without lid for 4 minutes. At highest effect. Turn the pieces of meat and cook for 10 minutes. On medium effect and then 8-10min. At high power until the cloud is boiled and the shredders are glazed. Turn the meat pieces 3-4 times during cooking. Mix a bowl of sesame oil, bean sprouts peppers with Chinese blend of spices, 5 spices. Boil for 2-3 min. At highest effect until the vegetables are tender but not over cooked. Stir 2 times during cooking. Put the cooked vegetables on a heated dish, put the glazed upstairs and the server
