25 | g | Yeast |
275 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Homemade pita bread (Grove)
To prepare the Homemade pita bread (Grove) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into lukewarm water and milk (low-fat). Add the remaining ingredients (hold some of the wheat flour back). Beat the dough well together. Cover it with a lid or aluminum foil and set it up for a slight spot for approx. 1 hour.
Take the dough out on a crispy plate and knead it well. Add if necessary. The rest of the flour.
Divide the dough into 10 pieces and shape them into bowls. Roll the balls flat (about 12 cm in diameter). Let them adhere to baking paper or greased baking sheet for approx. 10 minutes.
Put the pita bread in the middle of the oven at 275 degrees hot air oven C until they are golden approx. 5 minutes.
